Jay Chou brings “The Green Hornet” to Taipei

After a worldwide promotional tour, Jay Chou has finally returned home with his first ever Hollywood movie “The Green Hornet”. He, along with director Michel Gondry and costar Seth Rogen, were greeted by 300 fans at the Taipei premiere on the 26th. The trio made an entrance arriving in the film’s featured car “Black Beauty” with Jay Chou behind the wheel. According to reports, he hit a security guard (who was said to have spun around 360 degrees) while stepping on the gas pedal. Luckily, the man was not seriously injured. Jay Chou later praised "Black Beauty" saying, “[The car’s] horsepower is not bad, but it doesn’t have missiles like the one in the movie. That’s a bit unfortunate, [because] I can't shoot the paparazzi with them.” Well that won't be a problem much longer -- Now that the film company has given him the car as a gift, he is free to equip it with any add-ons of his choice.

In related news, Jay Chou and company visited “Kangxi Lai Le” to chat with Dee Hsu and Kevin Tsai. Needless to say, no one is free from the hands of Xiao S, not even the director.
