It was a busy day at Hong Kong International Airport yesterday as 200 fans waited for the arrival of Korean star Jang Geun Suk (張根碩). Unfortunately they only got a glimpse of his nose because the rest of his face was covered. Maybe he wanted to save his “beauty” for later or had very severe dark eye circles, but his fans didn’t mind as long as they saw something that resembled their star!
Jang Geun Suk was accompanied by only 3 bodyguards when he arrived at 5:30 pm. The local Airport Authority knew better and surrounded him with 30 additional guards when he stepped out of the gates. There were plans for a flower ceremony and a photo session, but got canceled as the AA guards quickly took him away. He appeared for less than one minute before leaving through a special exit.
Jang Geun Suk finally showed his face at a press conference held earlier today. He revealed it is in fact his second time visiting Hong Kong, and said he would like to check out Lan Kwai Fong (famous bar/club district). The star also showed off his Chinese and English, as well as singing a few lines of “What Should I Do” from You’re Beautiful.
