Sam Lee’s New MV From Upcoming Album Gives Off Christmas Feel!

After debuting a decade ago and switching music labels four times, veteran Taiwanese pop singer Sam Lee expects to make it album lucky number seven with the upcoming release of his December 19th release titled “原諒我沒有說 Yuan Liang Wo Mei You Shuo” (trans: Forgive Me for Not Saying It).

One of the first songs to be released, and the first one to have an MV, is the slow ballad titled “Old Clock”, which consists of acoustic guitars, violins, flutes, and even sleigh bells thrown in for good measure. This comes to no surprise given that the album’s release is only days prior to Christmas, and which would probably make a perfect gift for the people who do celebrate the festivities over in Asia.

Although the pace of the song for the MV may be slower for a seasonal holiday known for its cheerful jingles, the song incorporates a variation of a familiar Christmas theme accented by his alto voice. It helps that the winter holiday theme is further delivered by scenes of people reveling in holiday tradition in the MV. An appropriate tune for the time of year.

Christmas may be over a week away, but it’s not too early to get into the spirit of the holidays with this tune. Check out Sam’s new MV below and see if it gets you in the mood, courtesy of Mandopop faithful kay20xx!
